  • Biotin can affect some results; tell us if you take it.
  • Cortisol is best drawn in the morning; we will schedule accordingly.

Questions people ask

How is this different from my doctor's office?

No referral and no multiple appointments. You book or walk in, we draw, and results come straight back to you.

Who performs the draw?

Licensed medical professionals at both clinics.

Do I need a referral or an appointment?

No referral. Appointments are recommended for faster service; walk-ins are accepted based on availability.

How long does it take, and when do I get results?

Most visits take 15 to 30 minutes. Results are typically back within 24 to 48 business hours.

Can I request specific tests?

Yes. Single markers like testosterone, progesterone, or cortisol, or a full panel.

How much does it cost, and do you take insurance?

Prices vary by panel and are confirmed before your draw. We are self-pay and do not bill insurance for lab services.

Are my results confidential?

Yes. Results are handled in compliance with HIPAA and shared with your physician only if you ask us to.

What if something is abnormal?

Our provider reviews it with you and refers you to your primary care provider or a specialist for diagnosis and treatment. We are a wellness center, not a diagnostic clinic.

Where can I learn what my hormone numbers mean?

Our hormone optimization guide explains each pathway in plain language, what the markers on your panel relate to, and how the options we discuss work on that signaling.
