Before your draw
- Ask whether your panel needs fasting (usually 8 to 12 hours, water is fine).
- Drink water beforehand; it makes the draw easier.
- Bring photo ID and a list of medications and supplements.
- Biotin can affect some results; tell us if you take it.
- Cortisol is best drawn in the morning; we will schedule accordingly.

- Sent to your primary care physician only with your consent.

Our provider reviews it with you and refers you to your primary care provider or a specialist for diagnosis and treatment. We are a wellness center, not a diagnostic clinic.
