The Site, including all pages, the AMS Guide chat helper, and the drip finder, hormone quiz, and peptide quiz, is for general educational and informational purposes only. Using the Site, chatting with AMS Guide, or completing a quiz does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A professional relationship begins only after an in-person evaluation at our clinic. Educational tools

AMS Guide is a rule-based helper that runs in your browser and gives general information only. Our quizzes run in your browser and are educational, not diagnostic. Their results and summaries are not recommendations for any specific treatment.

No online prescribing or medication sales

We are an in-person clinic only. We do not provide telemedicine, do not prescribe online, do not sell medication online, and do not ship medication. Some services may involve prescription or compounded medications, but only after an in-person evaluation.

Booking through Zenoti

Online booking and intake and consent forms are provided through Zenoti, a third-party platform (amswellnessandiv.zenoti.com). Your use of Zenoti is also governed by Zenoti's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.

Individual results vary

Any information about services or outcomes is general. Individual results vary, and no particular outcome is promised.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to AMS Wellness & IV and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Acceptable use
